Yesterday, 22 October, I travelled the 50 or so miles to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) at Gatwick Airport for my Class 1 medical. After tests on my sight, hearing, blood, urine and more, I'm please to say that I passed it. From beginning to end, it took about 3 hours and I already have my certificate.

I'd just like to say a huge thanks to the moron that recently stole my car's number-plates. I can no doubt expect letters from the DVLA, speeding tickets, parking fines and possibly even the police on my doorstep in the coming weeks.
